Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese Martial Art, over 1500 years old. This ancient martial art is well known for its superior health benefits.
Tai Chi forms are performed in a slow and relaxed manner, which calms the mind and releases the mental and physical tensions of our over stimulated stressful lifestyle.
Self Defense Classes are based in traditional Choy Li Fut Kung Fu movements. Founded in 1836 Choy Li Fut is a combination of Northern and Southern styles of kung fu. Each self defense technique is taught with a particular attack scenario which can be modified based on the circumstances of the encounter.
Second Sunday of each month, December 11th & January 8th
